When painting the exterior of your home, we must ensure that all preparation is completed beforehand. This includes inspecting the home for any wood that may need to be replaced. All wood is replaced with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) so that it never needs to be replaced again. But don't worry, the PVC looks and acts just like real wood so it blends in with what you already have. Then, we pressure wash the home using a mixture of water, tri-sodium phosphate, and bleach. This will kill any mold or mildew spores. Siliconized acrylic caulk will be used to fill any open cracks or joints. Finally we will apply premium grade paint.
